On 12th & 13th May it’s the 2nd National Festival of Making in Blackburn. There are over 150 events taking place around the town centre. I have attached a copy of the full colour brochure. A full list & more information is available on www.festivalofmaking.co.uk

Until 23rd May: Francis Charlton presents an exhibition by Chris Crawshaw & James Lawrence, The Chapel Galleries, The Bureau Centre for the Arts.

15th May: Blackburn Film Club “I Shot Andy Warhol” (18), The Bureau Centre for the Arts 7.30pm

15th May: Everyone Remembered Concert, King Georges Hall 6.30pm

16th May – 4th August: Art in Manufacturing Legacy Exhibition, Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery (Wednesday – Saturday 12 -4.45pm)

16th May: Lunchtime Recital by Alex Berry from Bradford Cathedral, at Blackburn Cathedral 1pm

16th May: Talk by author TM Logan, Blackburn Library 7.30pm

19th May: Get Crafty, Blackburn Museum & Art Gallery 12 -4pm

19th May: Make a Start – Laser Cut Jewellery, The Making Rooms, Blackburn 10am
