- 9th Oct: Steam Sunday, A collection of steam vehicles will set off from Darwen at 10am & arrive on King William St, Blackburn at 12 noon, where they will be on display until 4pm
- 9th Oct: Spot On Rural Touring present a double bill “ Classical Indian Music” & “Painting the Indian Gods” from Balbir Singh Dance Company, The Bureau 6pm
