Age UK Blackburn with Darwen is asking people to bring their old photographs to the Festival of Making this weekend to have them scanned and saved onto a CD so they can use them digitally.
The team will be in the Windsor Suite at King Georges Hall both days over the festival weekend 15th and 16th June. There is no charge for the service but a small donation would be appreciated
Vicky Shepherd Chief Executive said “Many people have printed photographs that they would love to have as their screen saver or to share with others. Now is your opportunity to have them scanned and saved digitally. Come and see us in King Georges Hall this weekend.”
