A new boutique selling Italian handmade fashion has opened a shabby-chic shop on the corner of Darwen Street in Blackburn’s Cathedral Quarter.
From stylish sandals to runway fashion, IZYZ Boutique stock a wide range of petite to plus size designer clothing fit for all occasions. Vivienne’s collection of celebrity style jewellery and chic handmade bags aims to attract shoppers looking for elegant, unique accessories.
Vivienne, owner of IZYZ Boutique said, ‘We sell our own clothing line, which combines the best British fabrics and tools together to make high quality garments. We also stock multiple ranges designed by Sarah Santos and these lines aren’t available at any other boutique in Lancashire.’
For last minute alterations to party, evening or work wear IZYZ offers a competitively priced tailoring service. For all garments purchased in the shop, experienced tailor, Vivienne is running a low cost alteration service at just £5 per item. In addition to alterations IZYZ offers a professional dry cleaning service perfect for delicate occasion wear.
Vivienne explains, ‘Anybody can just take inches off a hem which is why our alterations are different. If a dress is 9 inches too long, we would work out if you needed the top lifting or the skirt lifting from the middle so that the proportions are right.”
Located on Jubilee Street, the vintage style shop is a perfect location for charity events in the area. Vivienne is keen to host local charity events in the future, ‘I’m open to hosting fundraising activities in the evenings and if anyone is looking for a location, we can discuss the possibilities. I’ve hosted successful fashion shows in the past. Also, I want to give the people who donate a generous store discount.’
