Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Blackburn Town Centre Business Improvement District will be held on Tuesday 21 February 2017 at 16:30 in the University Centre Theatre, Blackburn College with formal business commencing at 17:30 until 18:30.

16:30 Buffet & Networking in the Atrium. This will be an opportunity to meet face-to-face with stakeholders from across the town centre. There will be information stands for new projects including the Teenage Market, Festival of Making, Blackburn Business Against Crime and view an exhibition of paintings of the Cathedral Quarter development by local artist, Catherine Hargreaves.

Nominations for vacant BID board positions need to be submitted by 5pm on Monday 13 February 2017. If you would like to nominate yourself onto the board please contact Harriet Roberts, BID Manager on 07850 959 898 or email harriet.roberts@blackburnbid.co.uk. Late nominations will not be considered. A board member is expected to attend board meetings which are held every two months. The next board meeting will be on Tuesday 21 March at 12:30. If there are a number of nominations for positions, then a ballot will be held at the AGM.
