Northcote are to organise and host two events ‘A Night with Lisa Goodwin-Allen’ on Tuesday 20th March and ‘Jazz Brunch at Northcote’ on Sunday 8th April that will take place at the luxurious Northcote Manor to raise vital funds for Blackburn Youth Zone.
Blackburn Youth Zone, helps to support thousands of local young people, providing somewhere to go, something to do and someone to talk to 365 days a year for just 50p. Blackburn Youth Zone events calendar is a vital way for the organisation to fund raise to keep their doors open to young people 365 days a year.
‘A Night with Lisa Goodwin-Allen at Northcote’ will be an exclusive and intimate dining experience with head chef of the Michelin starred restaurant. Money raised will fund Blackburn Youth Zone’s mentoring programme which helps vulnerable young people at crisis points in their lives by giving them 1:1 support and guidance.
The money raised from the Jazz Brunch fundraising event will go towards Blackburn Youth Zone Diversity Programme which opens every Sunday 10pm – 1pm for young people ages 8 – 24 years, providing support and a range of activities for disabled young people. The event will include a ‘Jazz Lunch Menu’ with a live jazz band.
Blackburn Youth Zone relies on voluntary donations in order to continue it’s fantastic work. Operational costs each year are largely funded by BYZ Patron Programme – made up of the local business community – charity events organised by corporate supporters are vital to the charity’s ongoing success.

These fundraising events are raising essential funds to keep our doors open to young people, 365 days of the year for just 50p.
