The Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council Alan Cottam will be joined by Barney Bear, the official mascot for Barnardo’s, Dunelm’s chosen charity. Barney Bear is Barnardo’s first ever mascot and is on hand to welcome the community of Blackburn under a fabulous balloon arch into the new Dunelm store.
