You are invited to Morphgate – a family friendly fundraising event on Sunday 25 August 2019 in aid of the Mayor’s charity.
This year the Mayor is supporting Derian House, Every Action Has Consequences, Youth Action and Thomas charities.
On the day, the Mayor will arrive by procession at 11am, with lots of events planned throughout the day including live music, street food and drink, open air bar, cocktails and cocktails, art and performance, stalls, faceprinting and much more.
The free celebration event will take place between 11am and 7pm and will offer visitors the opportunity to discover more of Northgate’s past, present and future.
Attractions will include Mr Mason’s tales from Northgate, and a day in the life exhibition by Derren Lee Pool.
The event is a collaboration between Shh! bar, Townscape Heritage project, Heritage Lottery Fund, Blackburn with Darwen Council and Blackburn BID.
