The Mall kicks off the season of giving

The Mall Blackburn has once again pledged its support to The Community and Business Partners’ Christmas Wishes Appeal.

From now until Monday 12th December shoppers are being urged to donate chocolates, new toys, toiletries or any other gifts for vulnerable children, teens and families in Blackburn and the surrounding areas.

Donations can be made at The Mall’s Ask Me Point, which is located in Victoria Court.

Loraine Jones, General Manager at The Mall Blackburn, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be supporting the Community and Business Partners’ Christmas Wishes Appeal again this year.

“It is all too easy to forget that people in the town, or even on your own street, are struggling to get by in the colder months and Christmas is just another burden to them.

“I would urge shoppers to give anything they can to bring a smile to the face of vulnerable children and their families as it makes a huge difference to their lives.”

All donations will be distributed to local charities and organisations that work tirelessly all year round to help those in need.
