Lancashire Mind are delivering free workshops being delivered for adults in Blackburn and Darwen.

The workshops include:

5 Ways to Wellbeing

Free online, hour long workshops looking at how you can improve your mental wellbeing and resilience.

Stress Buster

Free online hour long workshops looking at the importance of recognising signs of stress and identifying techniques to help self-manage stress.

The workshops are being delivered as part of the Flourishing Minds project.  I’m attaching more details to assist.
