We are seeking two motivated and innovative individuals to join the Blackburn Town Centre Business Improvement District (BID) Team. Based in Blackburn Town Centre, the BID Ambassador will aim to provide a visible and approachable presence in the BID area, dealing directly with a defined range of issues and acting as a welcome host for visitors and customers. Experience of working within the customer service sector and to specific deadlines will be necessary for this role as will experience of dealing with people at all levels.
The BID Administrator will provide a professional, courteous and friendly service to BID members and visitors, ensuring a comprehensive administrative support service to the BID Team to achieve performance objectives. Experience of working in a busy office environment is an essential requirement, some retail experience would be useful although not essential.
Both roles will require a knowledge of Blackburn town centre and a flexible approach to working hours and patterns in order to achieve the work demands and priorities.
