Blackburn BID Member Age UK BwD are offering Dementia Friends training for Blackburn town centre businesses.
Taking place over just 1hr 15 mins, the training aims to:
- Raise awareness of what Dementia is
- Explain the difference between Dementia and Alzheimer’s
- Tell you what it means to be a Dementia Friend and how you can help
- Provide practical tips on how you can make your business / organisation more dementia friendly
