Leading fashion street wear and sportswear retailer will create 28 new jobs when it opens its doors in The Mall Blackburn.
Footasylum will makes its East Lancashire debut as part of a comprehensive expansion plan and will stock sportswear giants Nike and Adidas, contemporary classics Vans, Converse and Puma as well as up and coming brands, 11 Degrees and Sik Silk.
Work has now begun on the store, which is located next to New Look close to The Mall’s Cobden Court and is set to open in May.
Glen Dickinson, Head of Retail at Footasylum, said:
“This will be our 57th store nationwide and we’re looking forward to moving to The Mall at an exciting time ahead of a wave of new Footasylum stores openings across the UK.
“Our new, well located unit will give Blackburn’s shoppers access to leading sportswear and street wear brands – many of which have not been available in the town before.”
