Full service law firm Farleys Solicitors has launched a recruitment drive off the back of a record year in order to support the firm’s growing client base, as businesses and individuals rise to the challenges of a post-pandemic world and confidence grows with the end of lockdown in sight.
The firm, which currently employs 140 people across its six offices, is recruiting for a number of specialist solicitors and support staff to complement its existing offering in both commercial and personal legal services, following a 10% increase in income over the last year.
Significant and continued growth in Farleys’ business client portfolio is one of the key factors fuelling the drive; with the firms regional corporate & commercial team advising on more than £150 million worth of deals over the last year alone and plotting ambitious growth plans, already recruiting a number of solicitors into the team earlier this year.
The rise in instructions across the wider team has opened up opportunities for corporate, commercial, insolvency and dispute resolution solicitors to play a key role in the continued success of the firm.
The upturn is across the board, with Farleys’ personal legal services teams, particularly residential property, private client and family have all seen a significant rise in client instructions over the last year, and showing no signs of slowing.
