Shoppers had extra reasons to enjoy Blackburn last Saturday, when the second regular summer street fairs took place on Town Hall Street.
The event, organised by the Blackburn BID, is intended to highlight the independent shops we have in the town along with bringing new artisan art and craft stalls to the town.
The fairs also featured pavement art, free rides on crazy contraptions from Pif-Paf Arts and stilt walkers.
The next fairs take place on Saturday 15 August 2015 and Saturday 12 September 2015
