Blackburn BID have partnered with The Mall and Prestige Security and will be providing a BID Security Officer to patrol the town centre (including BID member retail parks) for three hours each morning.
The security officer will be checking on properties in the town centre (including at the rear), and helping to manage queues into essential businesses and trying to ensure that people are following social distancing rules.
