Payments for the cash grants for both Small Businesses (RV less than £15K = £10,000 grant) and retail, hospitality and leisure businesses (RV between £15k and £51k = £25,000 grant) will be starting to go out to businesses this week, and continue next week.
Please ensure you have completed your online form for a grant, fully and correctly, if you are eligible for one.
There are quite a lot of forms that have been incorrectly completed – e.g. no bank details, no business rates account number, so it’s important to be aware that forms which are incorrect or incomplete will take longer to process. If you think this applies to you, you can complete another form completely and correctly and this will be processed.
If you have any queries, you should have got an acknowledgement email with a reference number when you submitted the online form.
