The sound of music and the unforgettable sight of expressive circus performance features as part of The National Festival of Making 2018, with the announcement that Spain’s Vaiven Circo Danza will perform their acclaimed, construction-meets-circus, Do Not Disturb street show for the first time outside London, the Urban Arts Experience will open a mobile recording studio to budding musicians, DJs and producers and 40 young musicians are to make themselves heard with new performance celebrating Lancashire life.
