Please be aware that fake £20 notes are doing the rounds in East Lancashire, so be on the lookout.
The offenders using them are believed to be two Eastern European males aged around 17 / 18.
They are on polymer paper, they feel too thick to the touch, and there is no Braille on the notes.
They all have the same serial number: BL20 610057.
