The Greedy Fox, due to open in Blackburn later this week, provides East Lancashire and beyond with a new concept and late night dining option.
Diners can enjoy a range of locally sourced and organic food served throughout the day including gourmet burgers, grilled meats, freshly made pastas and desserts.
Owner of the eatery, said: “In bringing two very experienced chefs, The Greedy Fox aims to bring quality meals including breakfasts, lunches and outside event catering services at affordable prices to the area. Our chefs have trained around the world and worked in restaurants owned by the country’s most celebrated chefs including Marco Pierre White.”
The decor at The Greedy Fox is reminiscent of roadside eateries found throughout Asia, with its wooden walls and low metallic lighting.
