Europe’s leading Indian Brass Band are set to bring their high energy Bollywood tunes to Blackburn this month for a midsummer festival organised by the Blackburn Buisness Improvement District.
Bombay Baja Brass Band will be creating a carnival atmosphere at the Countryside Comes to Town event on Saturday, 25th June with a variety of musical styles ranging from Bhangra to Jazz and Classical.
They will be performing a series of uplifting songs dressed in eye-catching outfits at Northgate from 11.30am and Cathedral Square from 2.15pm.
The band established in 1998 have entertained crowds at events all over the world including Malaysia, Italy, France and Switzerland combining popular Indian melodies together with the powerful rhythms of the Dhol drum.
