Fans of ten pin bowling are set for a treat when national brand “Tenpin” opens their latest entertainment complex in Blackburn just in time for the Easter holidays.
The bowling alley will open on Monday 27th March at Peel Leisure Park, Lower Audley after major work to transform the venue into a dazzling new leisure choice in the town. The new entertainment complex for Blackburn will include 24 bowling lanes, as well as American pool tables, table tennis, Namco gaming machines, free Wi-Fi and a sports bar featuring Sky Sports on several large screens and a tasty new food offering. The location will be creating around 30 new jobs for local people.
Major works are still underway to transform the site and customers should expect to see a dazzling new site when it opens at the end of the month. The bar area will mean people will be able to enjoy an extended visit, so after enjoying a game of bowling or pool visitors can tuck into delicious food and drink with friends and family.
Tenpin already operate 39 locations across the UK, from Plymouth in the South to Edinburgh in the North, and new General Manager of the Blackburn site Lee Hodson, is excited at the prospect of welcoming visitors to the venue.

Blackburn Tenpin opens on Monday 27th March 2017, just in time for the Easter school holidays and is located next to Vue Cinema and Nando’s on the Peel Leisure Park, Lower Audley, Blackburn.
Opening hours are: Monday to Thursday 11am to midnight, Friday 11am to 1am, Saturday 9am to 1am, Sunday 9am to midnight.
