You are invited to attend the Blackburn Business Improvement District (BID) AGM on Thursday 24 February.
The meeting, which requires pre-registration, will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams between 2.30-3.30pm.
The meeting will include an overview of Blackburn BID in 2021, a look ahead to BID delivery in 2022, the auditors report, and election of Executive Board members.

Once registered, you will be sent a link to the Teams meeting a week before the meeting takes place, together with the Agenda and any papers. (This link must not be shared).
*Executive Board Election:
Nominations for vacant BID board positions need to be submitted by 5pm on Friday 11th February 2021.

Late nominations will not be considered.
A board member is expected to attend board meetings which are held every two months. If there are a number of nominations for positions, then a ballot will be held at the AGM.
