Should I acknowledge the ‘tough times’ in my promotions or act like they didn’t happen?

I am nervous to play on such serious circumstances like a pandemic but my product may be wanted now more than ever. Is it bad taste to do promotions around the topic?

Hi Felix, me again.
If your product is in demand right now, then that's great and yes of course you can promote it. It's a case of promoting the product and talking about its benefits / unique properties but sensitively. Make sure the price is comparable with the rest of the market, unless it does something that no other product does. You may have a small window of opportunity, depending on what your product is, so make sure you make the most of it. Use a mix of channels to promote your product to reach the widest audience possible. I hope this helps?

Hi Felix, thanks for your question. The honest answer is, everyone know that is has been tough and we're in a unique situation where everyone is experiencing the same thing at the same time. Are you able to say what your product is?
